Hi,from what i read it seems that you are very hopeless.Please dnt be.there is nothing to panic about.First of all think what went wrong.Make strategies to study smart.Believe me you will manage it well.You are finalist so there is no need to tell you much about how to study.Just focus.Am also not able to clear second group but my aim is to find the most effective way to complete the subjects.Ask on CA club only about what stragies we sould adopt to clear exams,,Best of luck..

No need to get afraid,it will happen with all CA students after failing in one attempt.First build up ur confidence.I myself failed in my first attempt.In my second attempt i have cleared Group 1  and got MICS paper exemption.For remaining three papers it took 3 attempts for me to clear eventhough i am rank holder in CA PE2.I can give some tips to you,so that they make ur preparation easier:

1. For auditing instead of going for padhuka prepare with Vinod Kumar Agarwal and compilation.
2. IFRS is not applicable to our exams,prepare Indian AS they are only applicable.But concentrate on differences between IFRS and Indian AS.
3. For DT and IDT concentrate on recent amendments and case laws.Those should be read from Institute publication for amendments and case laws for the relevant attempt.
4. In cost management we need to attempt 100% marks in exam it is must.For costing solve study material and previous exam problems.For OR solve previous exam problems after getting command on concept.
