Can a appeal can be filled to high court for a "question of law" under companies act or any other act respectively
nd does a act can specifically provide that on what grounds a question can be raised to high court or supreme court
If I am taking w.r.t Income Tax Act 1961
Yes , appeal can be filled to HIGH COURT with in 120 days from the date of communication of order passed only for "QUESTION OF LAW"
