Dear Memebers,
We are filling appeal to Commissioner of Appeal against the oder issued by Assistaint Commissioner of Income Tax u/s 143 of IT in respect of certain disallowance made by him. Appeal shall be made in form No 35. But i have following queries..
- What document are required to be attached with form No 35,
- grounds of appeal shall be attached separetly or not,
- Please provide the format of appeal, if any one have ??

Form-35 shall be accompanied by ORIGINAL notice of demand, copy of the assessment order and proof of payment of Appeal Fee.
Facts of the Case and Grounds are part of Form 35.
