Appeal to Appeallate Authority.
I have apeal to appeallate authority to revoke my GST no. Dt. 06/05/2022 but after 20 days there is no reply. My GST No. was cancelled after period july to September 2017..and purchase done in this period after it was nil transection . It was composition gst no... If it is granted then what about return and tax. Now i want to do business as regular dealer... Pls. to guied me...

You will have to submit physical copies of the appeal application and relevant documents in the office of the appellate authority.
I think it's better to take new registration rather than to appeal for revocation of cancelled license as it will results in huge late fee and also department will not entertain your application because license was cancelled from September 2017 i.e too long time period ( also period for appeal was expired).
It is unlikely that a new registration will be issued against the same PAN when dues are pending against a cancelled GSTIN for the same PAN.
Apply for new registration....
Clear your dues till Sep 2017 and then apply for New registration.
My new registration application is rejected so due to above reasons so i am trying to revoke...

Hence u may take another gstin in same pan with another legal address and legal name.Then u may withdraw appeal and accept cancellation process of old firm from respective office.

In July to seot. 2017 i have to pay 12000 tax and it is due still date.... Now how calculate penalty and how can i file 4 yeare nil return
