Hello experts, Please advice.
I submitted Tax evasion complaint againt an evader with proof of evasion tax on income of about 50L. But ITO acted hands in gloves with evader and passed order based on evasion of income of about 25L only.
What should I do against such an order?
1. Can I file any appeal/writ or anything?
2. Can I complain against ITO to any forum/authority and ask for reinvestigation?
3. Is it mandatory for ITO to impose penalty on evader in this case? What if he does not impose penalty against evader?
4. What action can I take against the ITO if he does not give any reward money to me(informer)?
