Hello Everybody,
One of my client got demand notice and in next 30 days we file the petition before the CIT. Now CIT also give its award against my client due to his negligiance. After that decision we want to file petition before the ITAT. But due to some problems the time period of next 30 days went away in which we had to file petition.
Now my Question is can we file the petition before ITAT even after 75 days has been passed since the CIT award??
