My company is unlisted public company. I need to appoint WTD and CFO.
Can any one provide me the ready forms that need to be filled with ROC.

Hi the forms to be filed are DIR 12 for appointment, MR 1 for registration of contracts and MGT 14 for BR passed appointing KMP....
Form DIR-12 - Within 30 days of Board Meeting
Form MR-1 - Within 60 days of AGM.This is for filing the return of appointment for any Managing Director / Whole Time Director or Manager. It corresponds to Form 25C under Companies Act, 1956.
Form MGT-14 - Within 30 days of Boad Meeting
