I have a doubt regarding application of AMT. Does Sec115JC applies to all non corporate assesse or does it applies only to those availing deduction under heading C of chapter VIA.

Dear sumesh it is applicable if an assessee is availing deduction under heading c of chapter VIA and not otherwise. Regards
