Apartment registration in m wife name

Hi,

I have purchased an apartment in Bangalore 2013. This is my second flat. The agreement was in my name. I am planning for registration of my apartment. Can I do the registration of my flat in my wife name or Myself and my Wife name. I have not take loan for buying this apartment, and also my wife is a home maker and does not earn.

Please let me know the Adv and disadv for registering flat in my wife name or myself and my wife name.
