limited liablity pqrtnership has its partner liability to be limited .
aop consist of 2 or more person join for commom interest
here in aop person mean individual or group of individual like club etc
partshp can be with individual only
another imp thing to be kept in mind aop is not same as body of individual where only individual can combine for certain goal
