One of our Company having Registered Office in Delhi but maintain Accounts records at Karnal (Haryana). Do we need to file AOC-5 with Roc.
Also guide, in case our Minutes are maintained at Registered Office, and only Books of Accounts are available in Karnal. Thanks

As per new Companies Act, 2013, if a company maintains its books of accounts at place other than registered office , the same should be reported to RoC by way of filing of Form AOC-5
