Please download new froms from mca.gov.in, fill the details, sign and upload the same..

In case of any problem, Please revert specifically.

Dear 

Step 1 : Log on mca.gov.in

Step 2 : Create Login ID

Step 3 : Download Form i.e. 20B, 23AC, 23ACA, 66 as per your requirement (also check XBRL forms).

Step 4 : Fill up the form, attach the file in portable document file (pdf), maximum size : 2.5 Mb

Step 5 : Affix digital signature on the forms

Step 6 : Precertification of the Form from practising CS, CA, CWA etc., if required.

Step 7 : Prescrutiny

Step 8 : Uplad the Forms at mca.gov.in (after login click on "Eforms" option)

Step 9 : Make payment either online or offline 

After above steps, download / printout the challan copy for your records.

Note : Pls. confirm your system requirement as per the given on the site.
