Dear All,
I have received the Demand Order ( Assessment Order ) notice 143(3) after my scrutinity to pay 1400000 ( 14 Lakhs ) within 30 Days.
But i can't arrange within 30 day to pay whole amount.
Please tell me any way to pay it as Installments and what is the procedure to apply with AO or ITO.

Yes you can do so but only with the permission from you AO. You will be levied with extra interest also on the balance amount also. You need to meet your AO at the earliest
Thanks Rinkal. I have appointment tommorow for my CIT(A) appeals. In that case CIT also should agree Right for the Installment.
Keep your fingers crossed and hope for he best. Provide him with reasons for the delay in payment of demand order.
Also take the help of a CA to handle it better
