Any deadline for completion of ITR Processed status?

In your case of refund if it is shown as processed then it mean that you will shortly get an intimation under sec 143(1). Which tell you about your demand or refund status. If your intimation shows tax refund then you will get it in 3-6 month time either by way of cheque or by crediting directly to your a.c.
