i'm a student from small town where i don't have any coaching classes so i planned to do self studies. On aug 2014 i will be registered under direct scheme & i also planning to take attempt on nov 2015. if i register now will the material can change due to the budget. will it effect on syllabus or my attempt on nov 2015 ...?
if so, is there any help which i can get or notification about the change's in the syllabus...

There is slew of changes expected in the economy, there is likely changes impacting CA course too, when GST, DTC, GAAR, IFRS (Ind - AS), New Companies Act, 2013 (in full force) are staring at us. It may not be said in certainty these will become applicable from November 2015, but you need to keep yourself updated for any eventuality.
Thus change is the only constant factor in this world (CA profession), just brace up for such changes. Good luck.
