I have passed Group 1 of C.A. Inter in May 1996 and failed Group 2 by 6 marks in May 2007. The marks scored for Group 2 are follows: papaer 4:Cost Accounting 43 , paper 5: Income Tax & CST - 46, paper 6: O &M and EDP -53. since I loose the exam only by 6 marks any chance of getting a moderation of 6 marks now to get the Inter passed Certificate for me to continue the course by appearing the final examination. can anybody help by giving information as to whom should I contact for any grievences in this regard.

No dear you can not apply for moderation now. But I will suggest you to appear for exam and clear it now
No chance at all.............. as only revaluation (i.e. retotaling) is possible not RECHECKING......however 1 thin u cn do if u r sure den send a lettr thru RTI Act and get ur papers rechecked.....bt only if u r "SURE"
