Myself Sanjay Final year student,
I need to know whether i will b eligible for November 2010 attempt or not,
my article started on 11th April 2007 and ending on 10th october 2010 with a leave of 170 days,
if yes, than how coz i hav to take leave of 4 months also for final exam.
Because as per new rule Student will b eligible for exams only if he hav completed his articleship including excess leave.

Hi, A company is a service tax registered assessee. It is having a centralised registration for all of its premises. Now, the company wants to set-up two Buildings- One for parking purposes and one for amenities (viz. Gym, sports club etc). Can the assessee claim cenvat credit on service tax paid on construction of these 2 buildings?

u can write the exam after getting permission from the principal stating less leave.. affter u r exams get over u can serve him for the excess period.. speak to u r principal and get leave
Hey ganesh can u tell me is v hav to show nywhere before exams that i tooked so much leave or something...???
ya in the form which we submit we need to tell the number of days we took leave and the principal will sign that form and after that only our articleship period will be over.. Now u speak with u r principal and tell him to allow u for ur exam and then serve him for excess leave period
