Total sales During the year amounted to70,000 ; cash sales10,000; Outstanding debtors at the end of the years25,000 . Cash Recived from debtors during the year will be ?

a) 35,000  b) 30,000  c) 37,000   D)32,000

My answer is correct No doubt. Answer provided by the model test paper is wrong. Even I have suffered from this type of wrong answer present both in Model test papers & Also on the Study materials.

Institute Book ... gives wrong ha ???

brother answer is 35000 only in model question paper book many answers are wrong...

Ya thats right Model test papers carry many mistakes, so don't trust it 100%.................

the answer should be 35000, from where does that 2000 will come or 3000 gets deducted, the above question only provides 3 figures that to in multiples of 5.....

Answer is 35000 RS.

Total Sales                 70,000

Less- Cash Sales    10,000

credit sales                 60,000

 

Debtors is equal to credit sales so outstanding Debtors is 25000 it means 35000 received from Debtors.

answer will  be 35000                

it could be 37000 if there is opg. debtot of 2000

Ans is Rs.35000
