one of pvt ltd co. has not filed their annual return for the f.y. 2009-10. now can co. want to filed their annual return .
problem is that who will sign the annual return . Because both director (2009-10) is changed and new director is appointed by the co. in jan 2011. can new director signed annual return now. and in director column which director detiled should be given old or new.
can any c.a signed his signeture for verification part of annual return
Annual Return has to be verified and sign by current director as on the date of filling Annual return.., so it doesnt matter who is director now and who was.., and Annual Return has to be signed by MD or D...
CA has no role wrt that.. Although, for filling Annual Return,. verification signature can be done by CA in practice.........
yes himanshu and Arving are right current director will sign the Annual return and you have to mention detail about directors who were director on the date of agm to which this annual return relates. There is no verfication required in annual return with regard to F-20B ca in practice can do so.........
