havent filed gst for 2020-21 when tried to it shows 10000 as late fee. i read the latest gst coucil late fee has been tabulated to 2000. but still its not reflected in the website.
i have filed all quarterly
cmp08.was in the notion that below 2 crores no annual return has to be efiled.
i dont get it since all small scale business come under composition scheme,why such a hefty late fee of 10000,even when all the taxes has been filed correctly.
