FIRST OF ALL CHECK WEATHER COMPANY IF ACTIVE OR DEFAULTING STATUS. IF CO. IS ACTIVE THAN FILE AC AS SAID BY MR. GUPTA. IF COMPANY IS IN DAFULT THAN ACTIVE IT FIRSTLY.

The company is under dormant status. How to normalize it before filing annual accounts and returns.

You have to file an application with ROC to activate the Company. On the basis of that application, ROC will activate the Company subject to, that Company will file within 21 days from the date of application all its pending Annual Returns & Annual Accounts with ROC till last Financial Year.
