my client turnover is below 2 cr. is it mandatory to file annual return for 19-20.

Are you composite Dealer or Regular Taxable person ?.
If turnover is below 2 crores rupees then no need for annual return.
But if it is composition dealer then turnover limit is 1.5 crores rupees then for 2 crores rupees turnover annual return is required
But if it is composition dealer then turnover limit is 1.5 crores rupees then for 2 crores rupees turnover annual return is required
