my Turnover for f.y 2019-20 is below 50 lakh . should I have to File GSTR -9

As per Notification 77 /2020 (C.T) Dated 15/10/2020 Annual Return For F.Y 2019-20 is Optional , if your Turnover is less than 2 crore .
Not required to file Gstr 9 as it is less than 2 crores rupees
