क्या 17-18 का Annual Return भरने पर late fees लगेगी?
अगर late fee waive हुई तो उसका notifications मिला है?

Late fee Nahi hai lekin penalty lagni hai (25k of each Act) , Woh bhi aap ney tabh bharni hai jab aap ko department sey Notice milta hai .

Late fee of Rs. 200 per day is applicable in case of late filing of Annual Return. 

Maximum late fees of an amount calculated at 0.25% of the Turnover for the financial year.
