When there is no figures then what should i fill in 23ac &23aca

Company has to file all annual forms erstwhile 23AC, ACA and 20B and now AOC-4 and MGT-7 even Company has not started its operations.

there is no question of not having figures in balance sheet, company must have paid up capital so you can prepare form 23AC based on that.

you can insert NIL figures in 23ACA

Anyway you can prepare annual return whether company starts operation or not.

 

Yes, as per Companies Act, 2013 every company shall file its Annual Return for the financial year 2014 -15 in E Form MGT -7 even if there is no business activity.
