Can shareholders of Joint venture company, with 93.16% share of Japanese Company, registered in Mumbai, India are permitted to attend shareholder meetings via video conference? In simple words the question is if can share holder or proxy attend the AGM trough video conference?

provision of attending meeting through video conferencing is only permitted in case of board meeting . nothing is mentioned for general meeting in the act so this cantbe done incase of shareholders
