I think , 2 AGM CAN'T BE HELD IN EITHER 1 F. Y. OR CALENDAR YEAR. REVISED SS -2 replaced the word calendar year by the F. Y. THE EFFECT OF THE REVISED SS -2 IS THAT ONLY ONE AGM CAN BE HELD IN ANY F. Y.
As per Section 96 of the Companies Act 2013, the Company in each year shall hold the General meeting called Annual General meeting. Annual General Meeting cannot be held more than once in a year
if one AGM held on 5th april of one financial year and next AGM held on 20th February of same financial year....then in one financial year 2 AGM have happened na...that too in 2 different calendar years
