ONE CLIENT PVT. COMPANY NOT HELD AGM FOR THE FY 2006-2007 & 2007-2008 AND NOT EVEN GRANTED EXTENSION DATE OF AGM. NOW I HAVE PREPARED THE STATEMENTS AND WANT TO FILE WITH ROC STATUTORY FORMS. CAN YOU TELL THE PROCEDURE??. THANK IN ADVANCE

In your case AGM for the year 2006-07 & 2007-08 has not been held. This is an offence punishable with fine and is compoundable u/s 621A. Hence, you should proceed for compounding of the offence. I think this is the only option available with you.

To file with ROC, my understanding is that date of AGM, DUe date of AGM and Extension AGM is required to file last year returns otherwise it won't accept the upload? Suggest me

Date of agm and due date of agm remain the same.
Extension of agm required if you take that. you can tick on no.
