As per Section 92 of the Companies Act 2013, Annual return of private Company shall be filled within 60 days from the date of Annual General Meeting in Form MGT 7.
MGT 7 shall be signed by the Director of the Company and Company Secretary if any. If no Company Secretary then by the Practising Company Secretary.
Attachments required under MGT 7
List of Shareholders and if the Company is having paid up share capital of 10 crore or more or turnover of 50 crores or more then it shall be certified by practising Company Secretary in Form MGT 8.
However as per the Companies Amendment for private Company dated 5th June 2015, Section 179 (3)- Filing of MGT 14 for financial statement is exempted for private Limited Companies
