Annual filing in form 11 by llp?
Whether any LLP incorporated on 11th November 2014 is required to file the Form 11 for the period ended 31st march 2015?

Yes,
If a LLP was incorporated on or after 1st October of a financial year, then the LLP can close its first financial year either on the coming or next 31st March.
Hi,
We have incorporated a LLP (Date of Incorporation 6th July 2015) and have got our TIN No. & PTEC No. today (07/10/2015), but effective 30/09/2015. We would want to understand what all compliance we need to take care of to make sure we are not on the wrong side of the law.
No transaction (of sale & purchase) has taken place.
