 Well from 52 is for Notice of (A) alteration in names and addresses of persons resident in India authorized to accept service on behalf of a foreign company (B) alteration in the address of principal place of business in India of a foreign company (C) list of places of business established by a foreign company (D) cessation to have a place of business in India not annual account submition

Point (C) is annual accounts and list of places of business established by a foreign company.

Thank u , the MCA potal had only 'list of places of business established by a foreign company', but the form provides for filing of annual account, I would be very thankfull if you could tell me the due date

1.If there is only one place of business in india then also should we file list of places of business in india? 

2. I have to change the address of principal place in india and there is only one place do i need to attach list of places in form 52? any other attachment if  required please tell me and also provide me format of list of places of business in india.

                        AS USUAL YOUR QUESTION IS VERY COMPLICATED AND NOT TO THE POINT- ITS VERY AMBIGOUS. ARE YOU TRYING TO ASK ABOUT THE CHANGE IN THE REGISTERED OFFICE OF THE COMPANY. IN THAT CASE TROC'S APPROVAL NEEDS TO BE OBTAINED AND A COPY OF THE APPROVAL NEEDS TO BE SENT TO THE STOCK EXCHANGE WHERE THE COMPANIES SHARES ARE LISTED.

Its a case of foreign company, it has no share capital.

it's about branch office / liason office, not a company which is registered, so will not have share capital in India :)
