Annual Filing

As per the new Amendments, following changes were observed related to Annual Filings.

1. Now the balance sheet of the Company needs to be signed by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company ireespective of the fact weather he is the Director of the Company or not.

2. Now the extract of annual return is not required. The extract needs to be attached as the weblink on the website of the Company if any.

3. New rule 8 and 8A of the Companies accounts rules are incorporated. Rule 8 A is the abridged form of Board report for small Companies and One Person Companies.
