Dear CA/ CS Professionals,

Does a private limited company which is purely under research have some relaxation for filing compliance as the company is only on Expenditure Status and yet to commence Revenue Generation. 

Company Incorporated in 2013 and carried out Research and Global Patent for five years just commencing Development,

Every company, wether private or public, is required to comply with annual filing and other compliances of CA, 2013
