We have missed out on filing the annual activity certificate for 2009-10 for one of the liaison office.
Please advice whether we can file it now and what are the formalities that needs to be adhered to.

Its a contravention, but now why are you waiting with regret letter (explain how mistake happen) be submitted the Annual Activity Certificate and wait for further action of RBI on this.
