Annexure for cst should be filed too?

As per new MVAT guidelines we have to file annexure if not eligible for 704

My CA filed same Annexure twice where in one he put TIN number ending with V and same annexure again with TIN number ending with C. (everything else is same)

I dont find this makes much sense.

He said we have to file Annexure for CST as well.

So it is correct that we have to file SAME annexure twice?

The E return annexure is to be filed only once in MVAT

I doubt whether that the E return annexure uploaded for the 2nd time would have been accepted by the web site as the e return annexure is accepted only once . it would give error while uploading for the second time

Thanks for some clarification. That is what I thought too. But surprising it was accepted. My CA have given me two acknowledgements. One had TIN number ending with V and other had TIN number ending with C. Everything else same and only transaction ID and submission time was different. When I asked him why twice, he said that one is for VAT return and one is for CST return. Anyway, thanks again.
