Amount received after issue completion certificate
there is one contract to construction two room,after completion one room,after completion certificate issue by competent authority for that completed room amount received of that competed room, this amt taxable under service tax as a one contract or exempt this amt as received after issuance of completion certificate

Being same contract, final completion not received.......................hence, ST applicable!!
