Amount is showing twice in AIS.

I have sold one land and TDS has been deducted at 1%, but on AIS statement there are two entries of same amount is showing. may i know the reason for it.? sale of an land is also showing and receipt from transfer of immovable property is also showing. does that mean IT department mistakenly entered the twice amount of sale consideration or what? i am confused

I see the same in AIS .two entries of same amount for selling 1 land . In 26AS it is showing 1 entry .Can someone explain why ?
