Hey u can refer MUNISH BHANDARI'S new edition for CA final.
Companies Bill, 2008 has not yet received the presidential assent. So, it is not a law. If you had bought a law book earlier for your Ipcc/pcc/pe2, you can read it from the same.
P.S. Note that your book should be updated with Amendment Act of 2006.

companies bill 2008 is placed in current budget session still not become act. for may 2010 exam amendment upto Dec 2009 will be applicable.
