 Cases decided 6 months before exams will be asked

 Only landmark judgement and case law from booklet issued by ICAI is asked in exam .  

AS PER ANALYSIS, IT IS REQUIRED TO REFER CASE LAWS FOR APERIOD OF 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CUTOFF DATE OF APPLICABILITY OF AMENDMENTS i.e., 30/4/xx for nov. or 31/10/xx for may.

but as papers they are asking even before 12 months case laws, but 70% to 80% case laws comes from past 12 months.

depending on icai publications of case laws ensure only 50% chances. other 50% asks any where.

my suggestion is to prepare caselaws list provided by PADHUKA PUBLICATIONS IN THEIR REFERENCE BOOKS ( FOR DT, IDT).
