Amendment of st-1

Dear freinds,

I have taken registration no. of service tax by mentioning the  "Other Than Nagetive List " as nature of service.

but, in responce to notification of Ser. Tax Deprt. i am now going to amend the ST-1 by filling online application.

Here, what i also need to submit ST-1 and other documents for taking new ST-2 in Ser. Tax Deprt..????

Can i only submit amended ST-1.???
