Amendment in Service Tax Registration Certificate

My client is registered under service tax and having office in 1st floor of building and now due to expanstion of business they plan to do same service from ground floor also. whether any amendment require in service tax registration certificate due to addition of premises. Please clarify.

IF YOU CHANGE YOUR TRADE LICENCE ADDRESS,

ONLY THEN CHANGES IN SERVICE TAX REGISTRATION REQUIRED.

Please tell me the procedure of amendment in service tax certificate in delhi & up

 

 

 



 

HI,

In case of requirment to amended the registration of service tax , you need to file ST 1 Form along with the original registration Certificate issued earlier.

Dear Mr Consultant,

 

Now New Registration is done online, Log in aces.gov.in and complete your registration.

For Amendment use the same link and go to "Amendment" and fill up the form.

 

In both cases you have to furnish the TRADE LICENCE, PAN CARD, ADDRESS PROFF, and other documents as required according the status of the service provider.

 

For amendment you require the old registration certificate in xerox.

After submitting the forms online... one needs to furnish hard copies of the documents to the department ....

my client is registered online in ser tax coverd ser of constn contract if he is going to do the renting of immvoeble prop.along with const contract ,what is the proceedure  to cover the other activity in ser tax registration

My one client running business under Partnership Firm. The one partner (second party of deed) have retired and new partner admited. Whether this change need to informe at Service Tax, ESIC and PF. If yes what will be way to information. If there is any specific forms under these act, please let me know.
