Amendment in perion for revocation of cancellation of r.c.
anyone if have latest notification for revocation application period if increased. revocation of cancellation application period details.

No as of today its within 30 days only from date of date of order of cancellation (Rule 23)
And what about apeel for this if dealer forgot to apply in 30 days
As of date, the period for revocation of Registration is 30 day from the date of order.
As per Section 107 of CGST Act , can file Appeal with in 3 months from the date of order for cancellation.
