Amendment in GST Registartion

Dear Sir/Madam

We are having partnership firm and we registered under GST from July 2017. We are 3 partners but while registering we have added only one partner

So now if we try to add remaining partners on GST portal through filing Application of Core fields kindly tell me  "Date of Amendment" should be July 2017 or current date
