and. it suggests 3 mthds of depreciation to be followed...but i want to ask that..
does it affects the ca cpt portion..???

you need to study as per new AS 10 i.e 3 methods...
your syllabus is not much affected bcoz of it as 1 or 2 questions may be asked not more than that...
