My dear frnd.. M ca final student n i will appear for first group in may 15.. I purchased my audit book applicable for nov 14 exams.. As we all know that because new more sections of co. Act 2013 are applicable for may 15 exams so i wanted to ask you all wether i should buy new book or book for nov 14 will be enough. N if old book is sufficient then from where i should cover amendment portion for may 15 exams... Plz reply as early as possible....

Since Chapter IX, “Accounts of Companies” and Chapter X, “Audit and Auditors” of the Companies Act, 2013 was applicable for even Nov 2014 exams, there will not be too many changes in CA FInal for May 2015. For amendments refer RTP and Amendments that will be issue by ICAI for May 2015 exam in due course.
