Amendment in Act for Limit of 1Crore being Increased to 1.5 Crore

The following Act of Parliament received the assent of the President on the
29th August, 2018, and is hereby published for general information:—

under S.no.5
ii) in the proviso, for the words “one crore rupees”, the words “one crore
and fifty lakh rupees” shall be substituted;


Now the Notification can issue in this regard .
