We filed 5 invoices for Karnataka customer in GST R1 in the month of June 2019
In the month of November 2019 the above invoices were amended due to difference in value of the invoices
By oversight who mentioned Andhra GST number instead of Karnataka GST number
The same has to be rectified
Is there any option for rectification for second time in GST R1
Please advise are any suggestion in this regard

You may try in the same way as did for the first time.
No you cannot amend the invoice once it amended earlier.
So it's better to reverse it by issuing credit & issue the fresh invoice.
