Yes, it is possible
Step1: arrange the 25 diamonds--- 5 diamonds in 5 bags
step 2: Take 1 bag containing 5 diamonds and put that bag in the empty(i;e;the 6th)bag

Pack 5 each in the first five bags and nothing in the 6th! (0*5 is 0)!!!
