it's depends.....not fix!!

I know that it depends upon the circumstants that are given in question;

but in EVERY question given by ICAI describes it as purchase????????????????

Refer any other ref. book for that kind of sums.

i have done so much of research on that every time if it iss a case of inter company holdings then that will be  a case of purchase

Why I do not know?
