I HAVE SOME DOUBTS IN AMALGAMATION
1).Whats the treatment of provisions in case of amalgamation whether transfer to equity share holders Of old company or new company???
2).Whats the Treatment of general reserve/P&L(nature of merger) resulting from acquring assets and liabilites of old company and whether it is deducted or added in Reserve and Surplus in balancesheet...??
3).Whether liquidation expenses paid by new company is deducted or added in Goodwill/General Reserve or P&l/Capital reserve ....???
